Technicians Support:
From greater Chicago west to the DeKalb area and Joliet to the Wisconsin border our dispatched fleet of technicians provided you with timely response to service calls. All of our technicians are trained and certified for installation and service.

Our normal business hours of operation are:

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Emergency Service available:

7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


Emergency Response Time:

Nova's average emergency response time is 2 business hours or less with maintenance contract customers receiving priority service. Nova has a base of over 2500 customers with references available.

How nova will build your system :


  • First, we make a complete assessment of your needs. By a site survey to identify feature requirements and any special site requirments.

  • A customized proposal to fit your budget is presented that will outline how the recommended system will meet your specific needs. Which may incude a solution from one of many major manufactures.

  • Upon acceptance, a project coordinator will meet with you to obtain all the necessary programming information/ programming and how your new system is to operate.

  • The system is assembled, programmed, and fully tested at our location prior to it being delivered to your location. To insure a smooth and seemless cut over

  • The system is then delivered and installed at your facility by our staff of certified technicians and system ADM

  • One of our system certified trainers will then train your staff on the operation of the new system.

  • Basic Trainng on day of cutover

  • Enhance training at your Convience
nova operations & Maintenance:
  • Our service to you continues after installation as we provide answers to questions, maintenance of the equipment and handle any additions, moves or changes in your company.

  • Dispatched fleet of technicians provides you with timely response to service calls.

  • All our technicians are trained and certified for installation and service.

  • Our normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with Emergency Service available 7 days a week, 24 hours per day and 365 days a year.

  • Nova's average emergency response time is two (2) business hours or less with contract maintenance customers receiving priority.

  • Our response for routine maintenance is within 24 hours of the request with maintenance customers receiving priority.
